NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2014 000785 CA of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Plaintiff and JOCELYN KOZINA; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAULA S. O'NEIL will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on April 26, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, ASHTON OAKS SUBDIVISION PHASE 1, according to the map to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 47 through 56, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
