NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2016 entered in Case No.: 2015-CA-002640ES / J4, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GRANITE COMMUNITY RECOVERY FUND, LLC, is the Plaintiff and, FREEMAN COURTNEY, JR. A/K/A FREEMAN COURTNEY, et al.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE as Unknown Tenants in Possession, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named, are defendants. The clerk of this court shall sell the subject property at public sale on April 25, 2018 at 11:00 am, to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale at the website, www.Pasco.realforeclose.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
