NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2018 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on May 23, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
The following described real property (the “Property”) located and situate in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, to wit: Lot 12, Heritage Springs Village 19 Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 68, 69 & 70 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Tax ID #: 3226170210000000120 by fee simple Deed from U.S. Home Corporation, a Delaware Corporation as set forth in Deed Book 5341, Page 1922 and recorded on 5/5/2003, Pasco County Records.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
