NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on February 20, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-005041-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and FRANK CASALE; LISA C. CASALE; INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3rd Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on April 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 156, BLOCK C, INDIGO LAKES UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 11 AND 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
