NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reset Sale entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001446-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. , Plaintiff, and ALAN R. HOLMAN AKA ALAN RICHARD HOLMAN, et. al. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of April, 2018, the following described property:
UNIT 418, CYPRESS GLEN IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2393, PAGE 2327, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
