NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 001789 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Capital One Bank (USA), National Association, successor in interest to Capital One Bank, John Charles Tarra a/k/a John C. Tarra, Kristi Ann McElderry f/k/a Kristi A. Ferri, Merrick Bank Corporation, Mia Tarra Bergen a/k/a Mia T. Bergen f/k/a Mia T. Martin, Pinewood Village Owners' Association, Inc., Robin Cameron, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Charles L. Tarra, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 24th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
