NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 001789 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Capital One Bank (USA), National Association, successor in interest to Capital One Bank, John Charles Tarra a/k/a John C. Tarra, Kristi Ann McElderry f/k/a Kristi A. Ferri, Merrick Bank Corporation, Mia Tarra Bergen a/k/a Mia T. Bergen f/k/a Mia T. Martin, Pinewood Village Owners' Association, Inc., Robin Cameron, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Charles L.
