NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29 day of March, 2018, and entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-001672 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is the Plaintiff and SOLOMON BATTINO is the defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of May, 2018, the following described property the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
