NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2018 entered in Case No. 2017 CA 002567 MF of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Thelma Morgan, as Successor Trustee of The Vera E. Waugh Revocable Living Trust Dated July 9, 2004, et al are the Defendants. The Lee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on July 6, 2018, for the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1009, CAPE CORAL UNIT 24, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 63 THROUGH 77 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
