NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAR 27, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-004435 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2007-FM2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-FM2 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Rolly M. Thomas a/k/a Rolly Thomas, Deceased; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan; Lyris Ortega; Rolly Thomas, Jr., a minor in the care of his mother and natural guardian, Marsha Alexander; Ray Thomas, a minor in the care of his mother and natural guardian, Marsha Alexander; Demetri Thomas-Raymond , a minor in the care of his legally adopted mother Claudine Raymond are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the April 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 5733, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 87, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 67 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
