NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 22 day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004489, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DUANE L. WILLIAMS A/K/A DUANE LANSING WILLIAMS CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. RIVER TERRACE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DUANE L. WILLIAMS A/K/A DUANE LANSING WILLIAMS LISA MALONE JACOB WILLIAMS are defendants. BOOK 1416, PAGE 855, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1566, PAGE 2142, O.R. BOOK 1632, PAGE 519, AND O.R. 2117, PAGE 1371, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS TE SAME IS ESTABLISHED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND PLANS ON FILE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
