NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-002435 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER OREJOBI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER OREJOBI; ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COTTONWOOD BEND AT VERANDAH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 3, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1120, BUILDING 11, OF ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 200600154122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
