YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a quiet title action involving the following property:
1. Legal Description for Wiles - Lot 62, Sunset Cove, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 10, Page 107.
AND
A parcel of land lying in the State of Florida, County of Lee, in Section 16, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, and more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 62 of Sunset Cove, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 107 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence North 69°23'50” West along the Northerly line of said Lot 62 a distance of 129.60 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 62 and the point of beginning; thence South 53°57'45” West leaving said Northerly line and along the Westerly line of said Lot 62 a distance of 66.24 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle of 98°15'10”, a chord bearing of S.04°50'10” W., a chord length of 37.81 feet and an arc length of 42.87 feet to a point on an 18” wide concrete seawall; thence N.44°17'25” W. along said seawall for a distance of 23.02 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 27.50 feet; thence along said curve of said seawall through a central angle of 98°13'50”, a chord bearing of N.04°49'30”E., a chord length of 41.58 feet and an arc length of 47.15 feet; thence N.53°56'25”E. along said seawall for a distance of 50.19 feet; then S.69°23'50” E. leaving said seawall for a distance of 30.73 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 62 and the point of beginning.
Parcel contains 2,232 square feet more or less.
2. Legal Description for Dusseau - Lot 63, Sunset Cove, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 10, Page 107.

A parcel of land lying in the State of Florida, County of Lee, in Section 16, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, and more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 63 of Sunset Cove, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 107 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence North 36°02'15” West along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 63 a distance of 125.00 feet to the North corner of said Lot 63 and the point of beginning; thence South 53°57'45” West along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 63 a distance of 159.88 feet to the Westerly corner of said Lot 63; thence North 69°23'50” West for a distance of 30.73 feet to a point on a variable width concrete seawall; thence North 53°53'07” East along said seawall for a distance of 176.78 feet; thence South 36°02'15” West leaving said seawall for a distance of 25.91 feet to the North corner of said Lot 63 and the point of beginning.
Parcel contains 4,342 square feet more or less.
3. Legal Description for Logan - Lot 67, Sunset Cove, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 10, Page 107.

Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 67 of Sunset Cove, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 107 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence North 36°02'15” West along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 67 a distance of 125.00 feet to the North corner of said Lot 67 and the point of beginning; thence South 53°57'45” West along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 67 a distance of 100.00 feet to the Westerly corner of said Lot 67; thence North 36°02'15” West for a distance of 25.41 feet to a point on a 16” concrete seawall; thence North 53°37'46” East along said seawall for a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 36°02'15” East leaving said seawall for a distance of 25.99 feet to the North corner of said Lot 67 and the point of beginning.
Parcel contains 2,570 square feet more or less.

Parcel contains 2,541 square feet more or less.
