YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) RUN EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) FOR 662.82 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE DEFLECT 90 DEGREES 27' TO THE RIGHT AND RUN SOUTHERLY, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) FOR 23.3 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL WITH SAID WEST LINE FOR 1546.00 FEET TO A CONCRETE POST; THENCE DEFLECT 90 DEGREES 35' 10” TO THE LEFT AND RUN EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LANDS CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 25, PAGE 357 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FOR 306.30 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE DEFLECT 89 DEGREES 34' 10” TO THE LEFT AND RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LANDS FOR 542.0 FEET; THENCE DEFLECT 89 DEGREES 34' l O” TO THE RIGHT AND RUN EASTERLY FOR 25 FEET TO A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF ROADWAY EASEMENT 50 FEET WIDE AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING DEFLECT 89 DEGREES 34' 10” TO THE LEFT AND RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID ROADWAY EASEMENT FOR 127.0 FEET; THENCE DEFLECT 89 DEGREES 34' 10” TO THE RIGHT AND RUN EASTERLY, PASSING THROUGH A CONCRETE POST AT 25.0 FEET FOR 329.51 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE DEFLECT 90 DEGREES 16' 40” TO THE RIGHT AND RUN SOUTHERLY FOR 127.0 FEET TO A STEEL PIN; THENCE DEFLECT 89 DEGREES 43' 20” TO THE RIGHT AND RUN WESTERLY, PASSING THROUGH A CONCRETE POST AT 304.84 FEET FOR 329.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH THE HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED ROADWAY EASEMENT 50 FEET WIDE AND AN EXTENSION THEREOF NORTHERLY TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF BROADWAY.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHE, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 242 North Federal Highway, Suite 360, Boca Raton, FL 33431, within thirty (30) days after the first publicatin of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Platiniff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
