NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-000524 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CVH SPR 1 NPL TRUST, a Delaware Trust c/o Longvue Mortgage Capital, Inc., is Plaintiff and RICHARD H. BINGHAM IV, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on May 2, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 20, of JOHN H. DREW'S SUBDIVISION OF NORTH WEST TAMPA, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 73, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
