MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA DAVIDSON; ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A ARBOS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
