Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 6, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 29 FEET OF LOT 14 AND THE WEST 21 FEET, OF LOT 15, BLOCK 63, JOHN H. DREW'S FIRST EXTENSION TO NORTH-WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3421 CORDELIA STREET, TAMPA, FL 33607; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on June 6, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
