NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 23, 2018 in Civil Case No. 29-2017-CA-003994 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH
Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and EVALIO W HARRELL JR., ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of May, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, IN BLOCK 7, OF SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 2, PHASE 3, 4 & 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, AT PAGE 228, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
