NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on February 21, 2018 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-005087, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and BRIAN R. KERNS; RENEE G. KERNS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE NORTH 164 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY,FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
