NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-006492, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JAMIE MCIVER A/K/A JAMIE ALBERTA MCIVER; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMIE MCIVER A/K/A JAMIE ALBERTA MCIVER; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
