NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-002241 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE4, is Plaintiff and COLLEEN PORTICE A/K/A COLLEEN MARIE PORTICE; ROBERT HELMS A/K/A ROBERT LYNWOOD HELMS A/K/A ROBERT L HELMS, are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 4 OF LIVINGSTON UNIT II B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
