The leasehold estate in and to Unit 209, Building B, of SEMINOLE SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. III, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4126, page 1598 through 1627, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 117, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Joseph M. Murphy, Esquire of DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.A., 8640 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, and file the original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice in BUSINESS OBSERVER, on or before 5/7/18; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
