NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-007313- CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and DIANE R. BEDNARSKI; KENNETH M. BEDNARSKI; TAMARAC BY-THE- GULF, INC.;, are
Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of April, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 17, TAMARAC BY THE GULF - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to
any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
