NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2018, entered in Case No. 522017CA004656XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT1 Trust, Asset Backed
Funding Corporation Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and Cheryl Rice; Unknown Spouse of Cheryl Rice are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK B ROYAL PALM HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
