Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2018, in Case No. 2016-CA-6050, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which SIESTA LAGO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL OCAMPO and AIDA OCAMPO are the Defendants, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https:// www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on May 14, 2018, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Unit 5428, Building 8, Siesta Lago Condominiums, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8923, Page 1459, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
