Townsend, Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Kimberly Townsend Thomas, David R. Townsend, III, and John Doe #1, an unknown tenant in possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 26, 2018, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 105, Willow Creek, Phase II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 107 and 108 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
