Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Charlotte County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
Unit 2, SAWYER COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium subdivision according to the survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 17, Pages 13A through 13B and as subsequently amended, and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium of SAWYER COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM recorded in O.R. Book 3182 Pages 1035 Through 1095, and as subsequently amended, all recorded in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Parcel Identification TAX I.D. # 412108676002 (“property” or “real property”)
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on July 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. on Charlotte County's Public Auction website www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FORM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
