NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2014CA000280AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which BMO Harris Bank, N.A., Successor-By-Merger To M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, Et, Al., is the Plaintiff and Jeremy Smith, Amanda Kay Walker-Goltz, FIA Card Services, N.A. f/k/a Bank of America, Jason Goltz, Jody Grant, Kasey Smith, Paul Grant, Tidevue Estates Civic Association, Inc., Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees or Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Danny Lee Walker, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 3rd day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
