NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-002053 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Ainslie Taylor are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, VILLAGE GREEN OF BRADENTON, UNIT A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
