and commonly known as: 5816 DUBOIS ROAD, LAKELAND, FL 33811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on May 8, 2018 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
