Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in SEMINOLE COUNTY, Court of SEMINOLE County, Florida on the 20th day of November, 2017, in the cause wherein OAKS AT LAKE MARY, LTD, was Plaintiff, and Robert V. Rimkevicz, was Defendant, being case number 09CA290815G in said Court.
