NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2016-002530-CA-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein New Penn Financial LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, Plaintiff and Josephine Tramontano a/k/a Joaephine Tramontano are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 9, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 215, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF MILLPOND LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED FOR RECORD IN O.R. BOOK 1855, PAGE 678 AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1868, PAGE 1260; O.R. BOOK 1972, PAGE 34, O.R. BOOK 1978, PAGE 21-39 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 83-93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SERE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
