NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000125, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-35CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-35CB (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and STEPHEN J. BULFAMANTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN J. BULFAMANTE; MARIO BULFAMANTE; ANNA MARIE BULFAMANTE; ANTHONY BULFAMANTE; SEBASTIAN BULFAMANTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEBASTIAN BULFAMANTE; VERONAWALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WINDING CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Dwight Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 3 day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1088, VERONAWALK PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
