Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2016 CA 000593 NC on December 21, 2017 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Apartment 307, Building “B”, BAY TREE CLUB, a condominium, according to Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 863, at Pages 1 through 37, inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 19, 19A and 19B, inclusive, and Certificate and Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 895, pages 574-576, and Certificate and Amendment No. 2, recorded in Official Record Book 957, Pages 2027-2031, all in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on May 9, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
