NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 4, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017 CA 005867 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and THOMAS GADBOIS A/K/A THOMAS R. GADBOIS; KENSINGTON PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A RACHEL THOMAS, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 4th day of May, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 689, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 17 AND 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
