A Complaint for Forfeiture has been filed pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Sections 932.701-.7062, Florida Statutes, in the Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County.
If no claimant appears and no claim is filed, a request will be made for an immediate hearing and Final Order of Forfeiture.
