NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003695 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EMBRACE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff and GERALD H. BIRNESSER, ET AL. are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 7th day of May, 2018. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, RIVERBEND EAST, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE(S) 13-15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
