NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054132 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH DANFORTH, ANGELA L DANFORTH and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT, the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 AM on 6 day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 38, UNIT10, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COUR, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 259, PAGE 126, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
