NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-000604 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR11, Plaintiff, and DANIEL IZQUIERDO; GLORIA SALAMANCA; SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 6 day of July, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 1, BLOCK 7095, (PARCEL 107)SANDOVAL-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE(S) 15 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
