NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel Foreclosure dated January 3, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-000586 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and Tiffany D. Coleman a/k/a Tiffany Danielle Coleman; Unknown Spouse of Tiffany D. Coleman a/k/a Tiffany Danielle Coleman; Michael T. Coleman a/k/a Michael Troy Coleman a/k/a Michael Troy Coleman, Sr.; Unknown Spouse of Michael T. Coleman a/k/a Michael Troy Coleman a/k/a Michael Troy Coleman, Sr.; Latoyia Denise Jackson; Clerk of the Court, Lee County, Florida; State of Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, PART ONE OF A RE- SUBDIVISION OF ADDITION NO 2, TO FORT MYERS ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
