NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-003360, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA M. METZGER; JUDY F. EAKINS A/K/A JUDY FORE EAKINS A/K/A JUDY EAKINS, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 3, POINCIANA PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 3.00 FEET OF SAID NORTH 1/2 OF LOTS 11 AND 12.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
