NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 29th day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001822, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-0C4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-C4, is the Plaintiff and HECTOR COX; YOLANDA COX; AUSTRIA MORALES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUSTRIA MORALES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, MARGIE AYALA, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3RD day of May 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
