NOTICE IS GIVEN that under a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2018, in case number 2017-CA-4815 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which VIRGINIA CHANDLER, CYNTHIA ABELL, and STEPHANIE A. CARY were the Plaintiffs and YVONNE A. KYLER, RICHARD ROE, the unknown spouse of YVONNE A. KYLER; 89TH JAMAICA REALTY COMPANY LLC f/k/a 89TH JAMAICA REALTY CO., L.P., RHH ENTERPRISES, INC., d/b/a ACE PEST CONTROL, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE were the Defendants, Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Hillsborough County's Public Auction website (http://www.hillsborough.realfore close.com) Hillsborough County, Florida on MAY 11, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 8, Block 1, High Point Estates First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page(s) 43, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 2516 Brucken Road, Brandon, Hillsborough County, Florida.
And all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs' Mortgage.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
