U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS TRUST 2006-CB9, C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB9, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SYLVIA E. LUFRIU A/K/A SYLVIA LUFRIU A/K/A SYLVIA ELAINE LUFRIU; LAKE FOREST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; KENNETH J. WEISS; VIRGINIA F. WEISS; ANGELIC NICOLE DEY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3RD day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
