NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-006838 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and FRANK J. PILLE, III are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 25, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK A, OF A RESUBDIVISION OF GIBSON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN WEST 204 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 94.05 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUING THENCE SOUTH 98 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID BLOCK A; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 114.38 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF BLOCK A; THENCE NORTH 51.5 FEET, THENCE WEST 104 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
