NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 4, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-000283 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee, Successor In Interest To Bank Of America, National Association, As Trustee, Successor By Merger To Lasalle Bank National Association, As Trustee For Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust, Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2006-AQ1, is the Plaintiff and Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Martha D. Caso a/k/a Martha Caso a/k/a Marta D. Caso, Nidian Diaz, Unknown Party #1 NKA Angel Lopez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of May 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
