PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE A. PEREZ; BLOOMINGDALE WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RICHARD L. BROWN & COMPANY, P.A.; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 and TENANT #2, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of May 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1228, BUILDING 12, BLOOMINGDALE WOODS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16784, PAGE 1450, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
