NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2016 and an Order Recheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 2, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-002923-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JAMES D. GISONDI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHELAGH INGLESBY, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK F, SNELL GARDENS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
