BOOK 5314, PAGE 1429, ET SEQ., AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5325, PAGE 848 ET SEQ., AND INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
