NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 03, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-003620-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE MOORE A/K/A CHRISTINE T. MOORE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 18 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 29 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK F. OAK RIDGE NO.3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF PARTIALLY VACATED STREET ABUTTING SAID PARCEL ON THE NORTH.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
