NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17000902CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is hte Plaintiff and WILTON L. HOOKS, III; LATRACIA T. HURT; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. and DEEP CREEK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF DEEP CREEK PARK, INC, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, the Charlotte County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of May, 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
